blend in cuisinart:
1/2 c ground seed mix
1/2 c nongrain mix
1/4 c buckwheat flour
1/4 c oat bran flour
1/4 c oatmeal flour
1/4 tsp ground fenugreek
1/8 tsp baking soda

add:
1/2 c vegetarian glop
1/2 c baked beans
1/4 c  homemade ketchup
1 Tbsp seltzer

pulse, then blend until ball forms;

put dough onto nonstick silicone countertop workpad;
work and roll dough into a log;
cut small portions;
roll into small balls
or
make small patties;
and place onto
perforated silicone baking mat on perforated baking sheet;

bake 350F 10 min

optional sauce:
homemade ketchup
