ingredients:

peas, carrots, onions, garlic, salsa, fresh or dried herbs ( basil, oregano,
sage, fennel, mint ), lemon juice, chopped nuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds,
sunflower seeds, caraway seeds, cumin seeds, dill seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds,
homemade curry powder
optional: peppers, eggplant

salsa:

Kirkland ( Costco ) organic salsa,
SimplyNature ( Aldi ) organic marinara or tomato basil sauce,
garlic, tomato powder, dried basil, dried oregano, cayenne

chopped nuts:

equal ( by wgt ) mix: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts

homemade curry powder:

ginger, cinnamon, clove, chili, onion, nigella, garlic, cumin, cayenne,
turmeric, mustard, black pepper

rx:

chop in vitamix:
large handful fresh herbs or 1 Tbsp each dried basil & oregano

add:
3/4 c chopped carrots
3/4 c chopped onions
fresh garlic cloves, peeled, to your taste
homemade curry powder to your taste
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 c salsa
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c chopped nuts
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp dill seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp nigella seeds ( whole or ground )
optional:
chopped peppers and/or eggplant

using tamper if necessary,
speed 3-4,
pulse chop, then blend briefly ( do not puree, unless you want soup );

dump and scrape into 2 2c bowls;

to each bowl
add:
1/3 c frozen green peas

stir well;

yields 2 servings

may be consumed raw, cold or warmed, or cooked, as you desire,
with a spoon or as a dip
