yogurt-fruit pudding

ingredients:

1/4 c raisin butter
1/4 c prune butter
1/4 c apricot butter
1/2 c blueberry, cherry, or mango  butter
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 tsp butchers broom extract
1 Tbsp holy basil powder
1 Tbsp maca flour
1/8 c ground cinnamon
1/8 c ground ginger
1/4 c noncereal flour
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c black cherry concentrate
1 c greek yogurt
1 c fresh or thawed frozen pineapple

rx:

put ingredients into vitamix container;
stir until well mixed;
puree;

add:
1 c fresh or thawed frozen blueberries, cherries, strawberry, peach, plum, or nectarine chunks

stir;
divide into 4 10 or 12 oz dishes

you can also freeze it for a frozen dessert
